The biggest difference between plastic and vinyl wristbands is the surface texture and lamination. Vinyl wristbands have a matt finish and are a double layered laminate for a softer feel. They are close in appearence to naugahyde.
The Plastic Wristbands have a glossy finish and is smooth in texture. Plastic is a bit thinner but is still very strong and durable.
Both vinyl and plastic Wristbands have the same one time use plastic snap system. It consists of a small plastic button that that snaps into place when the wristband is applied. This button breaks off when forced apart. They can not be re-connected once this button is broken.
Both the platic and vinyl are strong, durable, waterproof, and can be custom imprinted. The plastic and Vinyl wristbands have a wide varity of colors from which to choose. Some patterns are also availbale in the plastic wristbands.
